      – Dr. Xibing Scott Dou, a former engineer served in the Federal Highway Administration, the United States Department of Transportation, has more than twenty-five years experience in research and engineering designs.  He participated in many very important projects of highway bridges such as the bridge replacements of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Washington D.C. and the Blennerhassett Island Bridge over Ohio River. 

      – Dr. Xibing Scott Dou has accumulated a lot of experience in construction designs using AutoCAD.  He is familiar with all of the construction codes necessary to design decks and porches.  Every employee of ScottDeck has, at least, ten years experience in carpentry.  With the team work, ScottDeck is able to ensure the highest quality of design, construction and workmanship while building decks.   ScottDeck uses the best quality lumbers and hardware. For example, ScottDeck always uses screws to screw the decking rather than using nails.
